Any points which are due will be allocated to your account within 2 working days of your submission of a valid invoice. You will be notified by push notification when the invoice has either been accepted and points allocated or rejected together with the reason why. You can check the status of your submissions at any time by viewing “Transaction History” under the “My Account” tab.
